Melody Mountain Ranch Events Refund Policy

Tickets, VIP, camping, parking and advertising packages to all Melody Mountain Ranch Inc. events are rain or shine credentials. Tickets, VIP, camping, parking and advertising packages are non refundable unless the event has been canceled or rescheduled. In the event a concert is canceled or rescheduled, buyers will be notified by email with options on reschedule dates or how to request a refund within one week. Refunds periods will proceed no more than one week after the announcement of a canceled or rescheduled event and will last for two weeks once they begin. After this two week period, no refunds will be processed and all credentials will be valid during the rescheduled date. Tickets, VIP, camping, parking and advertising packages may be sold privately at face value if unable to attend. By purchasing Tickets, VIP, camping, parking and/or advertising packages you agree to these terms and conditions of the non refundable policy.
